I wanted to go to an all-you-can-eat shabu shabu restaurant, so I started searching. I've been to Onsen Yasai and Shabuha before, but Dontei, a restaurant I'd never heard of, was a hit, so I decided to go here. There's also a parking lot, so it's convenient. There were various all-you-can-eat courses for shabu shabu and Sukiyaki, but I chose this one. The 120-minute all-you-can-eat course includes all-you-can-eat cherry meat, pork loin, beef short ribs, aged beef loin, and specially selected beef loin. The nice thing about this store is that there are no first set items that come out at the beginning. I'm glad that there's no such thing as all-you-can-eat-what-you-want-after you finish eating this. After all, you want to eat what you want from the beginning. So, first I ordered cherry meat, pork loin, special beef loin, and hot pot vegetables. The smell of cherry blossom meat is quite strong. Once you eat this, it's good enough. The hotpot vegetable platter is simpler than you might think. I was wondering if there was anything like shiitake mushrooms, but there are a variety of single pot vegetables available. It was written on a different menu, so I almost overlooked it. There aren't that many types, but I've added a lot of things. I suddenly liked the chewy texture of the bubbly wheat gluten. It's a shame that there are surprisingly few options other than the all-you-can-eat meat. In terms of variety and satisfaction level, warm vegetables are far superior. To make matters worse, I started feeling sick by the time I arrived and could barely eat...
