今年は樋山で初の白トリュフコースに行ってきました
店内に入るとすぐに白トリュフの香りがしました
お料理は全て白トリュフ！
肉寿司に白トリュフ！
あん肝にも白トリュフ！
白トリュフコロッケに白トリュフ！これが1番美味しかったです

年に一度の楽しみな松茸スペシャルコースをいただきに樋山さんへ
年に一度と書きましたが今年はお誘い受けてて２度行きました
２度目の今回は白トリュフもあったのでトリュフサンドを追加させてもらいました
美味しいお料理と楽しい仲間での食事は最高でした

日本一有名な松茸の名店へ
実は松茸以外も凄いんですが松茸があまりにも有名なのでそれ以外の時期は比較的予約が取れたりします
この日は有名フーディーの会でワイワイ楽しく食事をしました
松茸が素晴らしいのは当たり前ですがここまで贅沢に使うお店は他にないと思います
また来年も楽しみにしてます

松茸と言えばここ樋山さん。松茸コースで贅沢なディナーしてきました。子供連れでも大丈夫なのが凄く助かります。この日はとてもいい松茸が入ったとのことで期待MAXになったところで茶碗蒸しの登場。ほぼ松茸の茶碗蒸しに圧倒されているとこれでもかと松茸が次々とやってきます。とても素晴らしいお料理で来年も伺うのが楽しみで仕方ありません。
