樋山さん初訪問が白トリュフ会でした。
堅苦しいお店かと思って緊張していたのですが、大将がとても柔和な方で、笑顔とおだやかな口調で癒されました☺️スタッフさんも忙しい割にみなさん感じが良いです。
常連である幹事の方に貴重なお席にお誘いいただきました。2年前に予約した枠だとか。
この時期トリュフのコースはいろんなお店で提供されますが、こんなに惜しみなくふんだんに食べさせてくれるお店はなかなかないのではないでしょうか。
それを考えると88000円は破格かもしれない。

帰りの電車ですでに、体からトリュフの香りが染み出してそうな気がしてました笑
トリュフ好きには天にも昇るような時間でした(*^^*)また他の食材の時期にも伺いたい！
