今回は「豚肉細切りそば」。スタンダードな味付けだが、餡かけとスープのバランスが好みにピタッとキタッ！麺も細すぎずコシのあるツルっとした食感が印象的。。個人的に、途中からお酢を入れて味を変えて楽しむのだ...
夜、家族五人で利用。
いつも前を通るたびに混んでいるようすだったが、この日も盛況のようだった。
