川口駅前にある、つけ麺のお店。
深夜、訪問した。
いただいたのは、
「津気屋つけ麺」（850円）
食券を渡して、1分ほどでつけ麺がやってきた。
え？どういうこと？
つけ麺屋で、茹で立ての麺を出してくれない店って初めてだな。
案の定、麺にイキイキ感はまったくなく、表面はダレた感じのヌメヌメ。
このヌメヌメのおかげで、つけ汁が麺に絡む絡む。
絡みすぎなので、麺とつけ汁の味のバランスは崩れる。塩分強すぎ。
そして必要以上につけ汁が麺に持っていかれるので、
丼に残るつけ汁の温度はあっという間に下がり、脂感が強調される。
悪循環。
極めつけは、割りスープ。
卓上のポットから割りスープを注いだら、ぬるいじゃん。
