Kumamoto Ramen is rare. Unlike Hakata and Kurume, the noodles are thicker and the soup is thicker, so it blends well with the noodles. It's Kumamoto Ramen, but it's a little different because it's unique to this restaurant. Today's order was Kakuni Ramen, which was a regular Ramen with chashu pork, and Kakuni was placed on it like a topping. The braised braised meat was well-cooked, and the fat was melt-in-your-mouth, so it was very delicious. Half rice was served as a service. Rice is good because it has a strong taste. They have a variety of Ramen, so I'll come back next time.
