埼玉高速鉄道線川口元郷駅出入口2から徒歩8分くらいのところにあります。
魚介類の粕漬や西京漬をメインに販売していますが、
煮魚や押し寿司、クジラ製品、味噌なども取り扱っています。
築地市場に卸す工場のようですが、小売用のお店もありました。
毎週土曜日には特売をやっているようで、週替りで違った商品が安くなります。
紅鮭押し寿司（\380）、銀むつ煮付け（\280）、銀むつ西京漬（\340）を購入しました。
ホームページに載っている金額とは一部違うものがあります。
紅鮭押し寿司は、2口サイズのお寿司が4つ入っています。
キレイな色をした薄い鮭が乗り、シャリの間にも鮭と昆布の欠片が入っていました。
薄っすらと昆布のいい香りがしますが、お米がもう少し美味しいと良いですね。
銀むつの煮付けは、骨や皮を取り除いて細かくほぐしてありました。
甘辛い味付けで柔らかく煮込んであるので、お子さんや年長者にも食べやすいと思います。
銀むつの西京漬けは後ほど・・・。
贈答用になっているものもあり、季節柄もあってか配送手配をする方々も。
海がなくとも本格的な味が楽しめます。
