カフェを起点に食べ歩いてます。
こちら気になってました。
本日、和食に行こうと思い立ち
お電話致しました。
丁寧な応対。
折り返しがあり、予約時間を微調整。
予約した時間に伺いました。
カウンターと半個室のテーブル席がある和食店。
予約を告げ、カウンター席に。
小鉢は、もずくの酢の物、いい塩梅の酢加減
喉越しの良いもずくはさっぱりとして食欲をそそります。
ほかのお席は懐石らしく
松茸など豪華な食材が告げられるのが
耳に届きます。
秋だなぁとそれに季節が感じられます。
ランチの配膳は一気でした。
土鍋の炊きたてごはん、美味しいお米の至福感
お刺身
鯛、薄切り精緻で言うことなし。
ブリ、厚切り、お酒のあてタイプで野趣が強い。
藁焼き鰹、旨味が引き出し切れずにこれも野趣が強い。
火が通るだけ鰹のほうがちょぃ食べやすいかな。
鶏の塩焼き、皮目パリ、お肉美味し。力強さに欠ける。
皮パリの焼き加減なのに下に水分が多し…。
若い店主が気を配っておられるのを感じられる。
要予約の懐石にすると化けるかもしれないが…。
ランチに対しては気配りの詰めが弱い感じがした。
