Our restaurant is an authentic Edomae sushi restaurant that opened in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture in May 2016. We offer traditional sushi using seasonal fish and shellfish, and innovative sushi
... that maintains that tradition while being arranged in a modern style. Our restaurant has selection menu that includes an omakase menu, but the basic approach is to ask the customer's preferences and adapt to their dining style. We do not force them to eat in any order or amount. We purchase fresh fish, shellfish, and vegetables from Tsukiji Market every day. We always have 20 to 25 types of ingredients available, including local raw bluefin tuna, seasonal white fish such as flounder, skinned fish, and blackthroat seaperch, seasonal shellfish such as raw cockle and rock Oyster, and Simmered dish dishes such as conger eel and mantis shrimp from Tokyo Bay. The interior of the restaurant is based on white, wood grain, and black, creating a space where customers can relax and enjoy their meal. In addition, smoking is prohibited in the seating area, but there is a smoking room that separates smoking and non-smoking areas. Please come and visit us. We look forward to seeing you. PS.
