I wanted to eat Unaju, so I was looking for a restaurant that I had never visited before, so I decided to visit this one. I ordered Unaju Ume, but even though Unaju is the lowest rank of Shochikubai, the eel was too small! Although it claims to use 100% domestic eel, it doesn't taste very delicious. Does that mean that my cooking skills are poor? This will probably be a one-time visit.
