This is my first visit. After looking at the menu, I wanted to try Hitsumabushi for the first time in a while, so I ordered the special Hitsumabushi. I think the rice bowl was ready in about 10 minutes. The eel is cooked a little hard. Combined with the aroma of the sauce, it seems to increase your appetite. As expected, it's eel. The soup stock was elegant and not the type to insist on it. Wasabi was that, but I enjoyed it in various ways while changing the taste with condiments! When I looked inside the store, I saw a variety of alcoholic beverages, so I think it's a place where you can enjoy some eel while drinking alcohol.
