ブンチャー (ベトナム風つけめん)
ベトナムハノイの麺料理「ブンチャー」が食べれる珍しいラーメン屋さん。
前にハノイに行った時に食べたブンチャーがあまりに美味しかったのをよく覚えています。
自分が頂いた時間はベトナム人女性の方が調理されていました。ベトナム料理店でもブンチャーを置いているお店は少ないのでテンション上がりました！
甘めのつけ汁の中には大きめの焼かれて香ばしい豚肉と肉団子がゴロゴロ入ってます。
付け添えの野菜もつけ汁に浸して食べたり、ニンニクと唐辛子で味変したり楽しみ方も色々です。
とても美味しかったです！日本人はまだブンチャーの美味しさを知らない。
