A Chinese Cuisine restaurant that specializes in lamb dishes, located on the third floor of a building just northwest of the west exit of Nishi-Kawaguchi Station. Of course it's a national restaurant. I visited around 7pm on a weekday night, and the bright and bright interior with its jade-colored chairs was 90% crowded. There were many people with children, and it gave the impression that it was a relatively rich Chinese dinner. There were several Chinese female staff members on the floor of the store, and I had no trouble speaking Japanese, and they were very bright, kind, and reassuring. The main dish on the menu is sheep. Grilled lamb with spices on iron skewers is a must-have at any reasonably priced Chinese restaurant. But that wasn't enough, and the menu included spare ribs, legs, Achilles tendons, penises, and even roasted heads. Stew pots start at 5,000 yen. It's meant to be eaten by several people. On this day, I received the daily special sale recommended by the staff, which was the sheep offal soup for 500 yen. I was lucky that draft beer was available for 220 yen to commemorate the opening. This offal soup is delicious. Finely cut offal such as liver and heart are simmered without any odor, making this a truly light and nourishing soup. Coriander is also a nice accent. When I finished the soup, I was offered a refill. It's free! After that, I ordered Grilled skewer. It was soft and juicy, neither Chinese nor sheepish, and very delicious. Lunch time seems to be pretty cheap so I would like to come again.
