今日は蕨に出向いて来ました。
事前調査の結果、昼は「松葉寿司」でいただくことにして食べログから予約をして伺いました。
駅から歩くこと約９分・・・、住宅街の一角にお店はあります。
この日は実質貸し切り・・・、贅沢なランチになりました。
基本ランチメニューはなく、夜と同じ内容のようです。
「並寿司」１，２００円（税込）にしました。
価格が安い分、力量が問われるグレードですが、にぎり７貫に巻物といった構成です。
大将から握る前にキライなネタ、シャリの大きさを聞かれます。
キリがないということもあるのでしょうが、おまかせ以外でこれ聞いてくれる鮨屋さん少ないですよね？
というか、ほとんどないです。
これで好感度上昇です！
ということで、貝外しのシャリ大でお願いしました。
ネタも「並」にしては豪華ですし、美味しかったです。
味噌汁もお代わりしてください、というお言葉に甘えさせていただきました。
魚の出汁が効いていて◎です。
有名店や高級店の大将とは雰囲気は異なりますが、実直なお人柄は伝わってきます。
地元の方から信頼されてきたお店だからこそ、この地で長く続けてこられてきたのだと思います。
