今回は蕨の海鮮居酒屋【杉玉】。
この日はランチを食べに来ました。

メニューを見ると、美味しそうな創作寿司や海鮮料理が沢山あります。お店は道路に面していてオープンな雰囲気、清潔感もあって入りやすいです。
ランチは限定10食の舟盛り丼にしてみました。
【舟盛り丼】¥990
舟盛りって響き、いいですよね。
丼と名付けられていますが、実際はお盆に丼、舟盛り、汁物と別々の状態で提供。まあどうせそのままじゃ食えんので問題なし。
舟盛りの刺身はまぐろ、サーモン、ハラス、いくら、ブリ？、いか、ねぎとろ、卵、何か(忘れました)。値段考えたら充分ではないでしょうか。
ご飯は出汁で炊いたようで茶色です。アクセントにいくらが乗ってますね。
海の香りがあまり得意でないので、刺身は賭けなところがありますが、どれも臭みもなく美味しくいただけました。量はやや物足りなかったかな。
ライトに使えて料理も美味しそうなので、これは是非夜行ってみたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
