新越谷駅から徒歩5分ぐらいのところにあるお店。お昼にやってきた。先客は1組は見えて奥にもいるように感じた。
店内はカウンターとテーブル、奥に座敷も見えた。お店は細い入り口からけっこうな階段を登るとある。音楽流れる。
注文したのは
活あじと刺身定食1250円。（たぶん税込）
良かった感想は
接客は元気。
お味噌汁はやや塩気強いがしっかり出汁の味がした。
サラダはシャッキリとシーザーかかる。
ご飯は硬めでやや輝く。
刺身はあじ以外に3種あった。何よりあじが良い。捌きたてなのかまだあじが動いていた。弾力がしっかりあり臭みがなかった。
思ったマイナス点は
最初の入り口の階段が少し大変。
お味噌汁は少ししょっぱく感じた。
ご飯は少し硬すぎに感じた。
あじ以外の刺身は特に普通に感じた。
