油そばが食べたいと思い麺匠大悟さんに行くことに。16時頃の訪問だったので空席がありました。
1番人気の油そば￥950をチョイス。待っていると約10分後に着丼です。
上にはひき肉、柚子、味玉、メンマ、乾燥海苔、角煮、魚粉、ピーナッツとたくさん具材が乗っております。まずかき混ぜて食べると出汁の効いたパンチのある汁に絡まった麺が美味しいです。タピオカが入っているのでモチモチしている食感も楽しめます。最初はガッツリ楽しますが途中で柚子が入っているのでいいアクセントになっています。味玉も程よい塩味で1杯に対してのバランスも良いです。
全体的にレベルの高い油そばでまた来たいと思うお店でした。
