Third house in Minamikoshigaya. I found a nice store along the railroad tracks. The atmosphere is that of a public bar. There are some standard menus, but most of the day's recommendations are from the menu of the day. However, since there is no date included, I am skeptical that there will be changes every day. I really wanted to order the whelk shellfish for 1,000 yen, but a friend's strong recommendation led me to order the bluefin tuna for 800 yen. Contains 5 pieces. Is the individual small? Probably amethyst tuna. Lean meat including medium-fatty parts. Soft and delicious. This was a hit. Next is boiled motsu for 400 yen. This is normal. I'm glad that the quantity is large. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is a standard menu item. Heart 150 yen x 2. There was nothing written on it, but it seems to be Oyama chicken. Soft and juicy. The amount of salt is also perfect. Since it's a famous brand, they should advertise it more. It was the first store I wanted to go to.
