【感想】
埼玉の越谷駅から歩くと12分程の場所、はかり屋という複合施設内にお店をかまえる「uetro(ウエトロ)」
少し駅から歩きますがそれでも食べに行きたくなる魅力ある美味しいジビエビストロ！！
この日はランチで伺い、お店の特製鹿肉ベースのハンバーグを注文。
ランチには日替わり前菜のプレートがついてきてこの日は自家製の豚ロースハムと有機野菜のサラダ、しっかりと作られた美味しい、メインが楽しみになる一皿になっておりました！！
メインの鹿肉をベースとしたお手製ハンバーグは鹿肉をベースに、ジューシーさを感じられる豚肉を合わせた絶品のハンバーグに仕上がっておりましたワインベースの甘みも感じられるソースも絶品！！付け合せのロースト野菜もしっかりした量いただけるのも個人的には嬉しい。バケットが以前まではお替り出来たのが有料に変わっていましたが食べ応えもあるので充分ついてくるものだけでも楽しめるかと思います！！
食後に追加でまっ赤卵の固めプリンを注文、これめっちゃ美味しかったです
しっかりめに火入れされたカラメルが少し苦味も加えていて、プリンは商品名通り固めの仕上がりで食べ応えもあります！！
是非スイーツ好きの方やプリン好きの方はマストで注文をお願いします
夜もワインなどと凄く楽しめそうなので機会があれば是非来てみたいと思います！！
