休日の13:00頃伺ったところ、満席だったので少し待って14:00に入店しました。
（予約できるそうなので、行かれる方はした方が良さそうです）
蝦夷鹿のローストランチセットを注文。
メインのお皿の他に、スープとパンが付いてきます。
鹿肉というと、硬くて臭みがあるイメージがある方もいると思いますが、こちらの料理は全くそんなことはありませんでした。
とても柔らかくて、しっとりしていて美味しかったです。
野菜もとても甘く、スープもコクがあって素晴らしかったです。
パンもモチモチしていて、噛めば噛むほど旨味が出てきました。
ところで、こちらのお店は「はかり屋」という築120年のお屋敷の中にあります。
「はかり屋」はハウスメーカーのポラスが改装した商業施設だそうで、uetroの他にもレストランやギャラリー、お土産屋さん等が入っています。
またグッドデザイン賞を受賞していたり、国の登録有形文化財にも指定されており、かなり見応えがありました。
また機会があれば伺いたいと思います。
