昼食時に訪問。鴨南蛮せいろ大盛りを注文。つゆの中には鴨肉の脂身を炙ったもの、外には低温でじっくり火入れしたものがある。蕎麦は9割そばだそうですが、しっかりとしたコシがあり、蕎麦の風味もあって美味しい。つゆは、自分にとってちょっと味が薄いようにも思ったが、蕎麦の風味を楽しむならこれくらいがちょうどいいかも。低温で火入れされた鴨肉は、めちゃくちゃ美味い！これだけでお酒を飲みたいくらい。ツユの中に入ってる鴨肉の脂身も甘味があって美味しい！鴨肉に感動しました！
