コロナ期にあってもスタッフも多く、元気があります。
平日夜17時30分頃訪問しました。
先客は2組ほど。
しかしその後続々と来...
三郷のランチ検索でヒットしたこちらのお店へ訪問。焼鳥屋がつけ麺を提供しているとのこと。つけ麺は何種類かあるが、特製らしい「魂のつけ麺（中盛）」を注文。
到着したつけ麺はチャーシュー、味玉、白髪ねぎ、...
焼き鳥絶品。今回おでんも食したが、玉子が味はしっかり出汁に漬かっていたのに、半熟トロトロに出会えた。何故か宝くじに当たったような幸せな気持ちになれた。
