とっても柔らかくジューシーな 焼き鳥（鳥取県産 銘柄どり 大山どり使用）

三郷のランチ検索でヒットしたこちらのお店へ訪問。焼鳥屋がつけ麺を提供しているとのこと。つけ麺は何種類かあるが、特製らしい「魂のつけ麺（中盛）」を注文。
到着したつけ麺はチャーシュー、味玉、白髪ねぎ、海苔、ゆずがトッピングされている。
まずは麺を一口。『なかなかいける。』つけ麺の麺としてはあまり見ない全粒粉タイプだが、スープとしっかり絡んで旨い。チャーシューはホロホロ、味玉もしっかりと味のあるトロリ系。焼鳥店が出すつけ麺とは思えないクオリティだ。
これは是非とも夜の本業を試してみたい。
