Because we want our customers to enjoy new flavors of sake, we only purchase 1 sho of each type of sake. We are particular about seasonal sake that can only be drunk now. We always have 7 types of cold sake and 1 type of hot sake available. Approximately half of the alcohol is replaced every week.
