This is a meat that few wholesale stores sell, and our store is the first to offer it in Saitama. Cows raised using compound fertilizer have a high quality of 55% oleic acid, compared to the 50% of regular beef. Just increasing this 5% will change the quantity and quality of the oil. Please take your time and enjoy our carefully selected meat.
