→今回注文と違う肉寿司が出てきてしまったのですが、丁寧な対応でサービスして頂き、逆に高評価です✨️
･こだわり抜いた仕入れ牛肉を埼玉でも食べられる
･肉質は表記通りなので、しっかり予算を持って訪問するべし！

･牛切りタンランチ 1,380円
小鉢が4つもついて、タンが7枚も入っているので、コスパ良し！
ただし、タン中～先に掛けてのお肉を、仙台風の牛タン定食のような味噌ダレに付けてあるので、「いわゆる牛タンをレモンで」とは別物！
焼き方も焼きすぎると固くなるので、火が中まで通ったくらいで食べるのが、食感も残りつつ固くならないので♀️

ジューシーさのあるローストビーフをイメージすると1番近いかな
わさびを乗せて、少～しタレを付けて食べるのがおすすめ！

･落ち着いた店内で、3分の1くらいは個室があり、特別な日に使いやすい！
･ベッドタウンの焼肉の中では高級店！
･肉質は値段なりか、少しコスパ悪いかなぁという感じ。
･肉２、３皿で1日の塩分量を超えそうなくらい、全体的にしょっぱい。

･全体的に肉の塩味が強め
･名人和牛オレイン酸55%厳選赤身ミルフィーユは卵黄、メレンゲ、すき焼き風タレのミルフィーユ状になっていて、味濃いめだけどご飯を巻くから美味しい！(けど3分の1も巻けない肉のカット)
･厚切り牛タンは、薄切りに毛が生えたくらい
(前日に超厚切り牛タンを食べたから、それの5分の1以下、なんなら普通の牛タンの半分くらいの厚さで余計に感じた)
･名物？朝霞道中は安定の味笑
