北朝霞駅前のスポーツクラブルネサンスが入るビルの地下1階。
食材にこだわった高級焼肉店「焼肉うしがすみ」さんがあります。
戸田にあるスーパー銭湯「七福の湯」で、温泉や岩盤浴をたっぷりと楽しんだ後の昼飯にお邪魔しました。
ランチメニューは焼肉セットやスープランチ、こだわり重ランチなど、とても充実しています。
今回は大奮発して「豪州wagyu厚切り特選タン（ハーフサイズ）」「和牛カルビランチ」を注文しました。
そして、大ジョッキのビールも注文。
温泉で温まった体に、キンキンに冷えたビールが染み渡る～(●´ㅂ`●)
待つこと数分でお料理が到着。
こ・・・これは！めちゃくちゃキレイなお肉ちゃんたち(^-^)♪
定食のセットもサラダに小鉢4種にスープと、かなり充実した内容で最高♪
さっそく、豪州wagyu厚切り特選タンを焼いていく。
肉を何度か返しながら、表面に良い感じの焼き色が付いたところで、牛タンいただきます！！
サクッ！コリッ！ジュワ～！と、ウマさの3重奏が奏でられます。
めちゃくちゃウマ～(*´～｀*)
厚切りなので、食べごたえバツグン！塩加減もちょうど良く、ごはんにも合います。
続いては和牛カルビをサッと炙って、辛口ダレをつけていただきます！
う～ん、やわらかとろける～(^-^)♪
肉の臭みはまったく無く、脂身が甘くてジューシーな極上のお肉です。
小鉢もそれぞれ美味しくて、個人的に特に気に入ったのが、いぶりがっこポテサラです。
いぶりがっこの芳醇な香りと食感、なめらかなじゃがいもが最高なハーモニーを生み出しています。
箸休めをした後は再び肉と向き合います。
今度は甘口ダレとコチュジャンをつけていただくと、めっちゃくちゃウマい(๑´ڡ｀๑)
この後はレモンサワーを追加した、思う存分楽しませていただきました。
