I went to Gatten Sushi a few times in my childhood, but I didn't have much of an impression of it at the time... Then the Shinkansen started running and chains with a wide variety of side dishes came out, so I stopped going there... A few years ago, I went to Gatten Sushi Shochi no Suke, a slightly higher-grade store, at LaLaport Fujimi for the first time and was impressed by the deliciousness of the food. When I looked into it, I found out that the regular restaurant that I went to in my childhood is still there! I think I first visited there around the time before COVID-19. Since then, it has been my favorite Sushi. The freshness and size of the ingredients are excellent, and especially when you visit for lunch, you can have as much miso soup as you want (previously shrimp head miso soup, recently fish soup). The lunch set is quite filling. If you order what you like from there, your satisfaction is already at the maximum lol What surprised me this time was that they were holding a Toyama fair for a limited time... the jewel of Toyama Bay... white shrimp...!! Of course it was delicious. Thank you for the meal as always!
