Today is our 33rd wedding anniversary. Instead of going to our usual local restaurant, we decided to go a little further and try this place that has a high rating on Tabelog. My wife ordered the sea urchin cream sauce that everyone has praised, and I ordered the shrimp and mushroom cod roe cream. We ordered three appetizers with dessert and a drink, and waited for a while. We shared it as a couple, and both were really delicious. It was so delicious that I didn't want to waste the sauce, so I added some baguette and dipped it in the sauce to finish it off. The sea urchin and cod roe were boiled just right, and the ingredients were fresh, so overall it was definitely the best pasta I've ever had. The mille-feuille dessert and coffee were both wonderful, and my wife was delighted. It seems to be run by a married couple, and I hope they continue to do their best. I've found a great restaurant that I want to cherish. I'll definitely visit again!
