今日は33回目の結婚記念日。行きつけの近所のお店ではなく、趣向を変えて少し足を伸ばし、食べログで高評価のこちらにお邪魔してみました。
皆さま絶賛のウニクリームソースを妻が、私は海老とキノコのたらこクリームをオーダー。前菜3品にデザート・ドリンク付きにして、待つこと暫し。
夫婦でシェアして、どちらも本当に旨い。
筆舌に尽くし難い美味しさで、ソースが勿体なくてバゲットを追加してソースに浸し完食。ウニもタラコも、茹で加減然り、具材の新鮮さも含め、トータルで愚生のパスタ史上で間違いなく最高点。
デザートのミルフィーユもコーヒーも素敵で、妻も大喜びでした。
ご夫婦でやっていらっしゃるご様子で、引き続き頑張っていただきたい、大切にしたい素晴らしいお店が見つかりました。再訪間違いなし！
