東武東上線・志木駅・南口から右斜め方面へ。県道角の建物1Fに2020/2/13にオープンした居酒屋さんです。ジャンクガレッジが随分廃棄ダクトに気合入れてるんだなあと工事を眺めていたら、ジャンガレの煙突ではなくてこの店でした。
金曜夜に予定外に外食することになり、たまたま通りがかって入ってみることに。2名で訪問。カウンター席、4人用ボックスっぽい席がいくつか、奥に4人、2人、2人、4人席というような店内でした。
店内全部か、奥の席か不明ですが、居酒屋さんにしては珍しく禁煙だから、お子様連れもいました。
「サッポロ生ビール」（500円）×2で乾杯。お通しはないそうです。
料理は以下を。
・「九条ネギの浅漬け」（430円）
→塩ダレと黒胡椒とゴマ油で和えたお漬物のような味でした。お酒のアテの珍味としてぴったりかもしれません。
・「刺身盛り（2人前）」（1,480円）
→2人前が最低の盛りだそうですが、3人前とかのアレンジはできるそうです。
・「肉豆腐」（580円）
→「お通しはないので、すぐできるもので肉豆腐なんかお勧めです」と勧められて注文しましたが、忘れられていたのか出てくるのが一番最後でした。
お会計は2人計3,560円（1人あたり約1,780円）でした。ご馳走さまでした。
