駅から住宅街に向かう方向なので
近所の人や余程のもの好きじゃないと
中々知られなさそうな立地
21時過ぎでも営業しているそうなので訪問
店内中々に賑わっている
着席後「お店は初めてですか？」と聞かれ
丁寧なメニュー案内
本日のおすすめもしっかり説明してくれる
当たり前の事なんだけど
こうした丁寧な接客って中々都内を出ると体験出来ない
この時点でとても印象が良い
お通しは胡麻感強いドレッシングのサラダ
メニューは面白ネーミングの気になるメニューばかり
あぁ一人だと楽しむにしても限界があるぞ
近いうち複数人で楽しみたい

提供スピード早いとのことなので
藁焼き鰹を生ビールと共に
しっかり燻が感じる美味いヤツ
色んな薬味がチョコチョコ楽しめるのが嬉しい
個人的には岩塩がベストでした
そして提供まで20〜30分かかると言われ
一緒にオーダーしたスダチ鮎の原始焼き
じっくりやいてくれているので
ふっくら柔らかな身に
鬼おろしや添えてある酢橘をかけて味わう
うん、骨まで美味しい
内臓が美味しい
飲み物はサワーが多く
ネーミングも趣向凝らしてて面白い
けどサワーの気分になれず
日本酒も見たところ大好物の無濾過が無いので悩んでいたら
あるじゃないですか泥亀
四国の焼酎仙人が売り歩いてる泥亀の麦は
以前ソーダで飲むと美味いことを
仙人から直接教えてもらったなぁ
ここから泥ソーダで最後まで
〆も悩んでどうせなら、と
普段居酒屋では絶対頼まない中華そば
だってラーメン屋の方が良いはずだから
でもお店への信頼がMAXなので勢いで
意外にも大好物な煮干し強めのなスープ
でも舌触りは軽い
無化調を謳うだけある
美味い
固めの麺が勿体無い
空いてるお皿は気持ち良いとこできちんと下げてくれ
キッチンスタッフもオーダーを受け付けてくれて
退店時も入り口までお見送り
当たり前の事なんだけどこういう事が本当に嬉しい
初めての訪問で人に激推ししたくなるお店でした
近所の人が本当に羨ましい
