前日のベルーナドームライブイベントから、所沢で夕食を済ませ、本川越駅近のビジネスホテルにギリギリ飛び込む。(・_・;)
次男の希望で、以前仕事の関係で住んでいた川越方面へと２日目は昔回帰の旅へ。
ライブイベントの当選後の１月中旬に、直ぐにホテルを取ったが、周辺のホテルは３万人規模の来場者、学校は春休みだし、小江戸への観光客、海外からの渡航者で、何処のホテルは満室。(´-﹏-`；)
やっと取ったビジネスホテルのお部屋はシングルで息子のお部屋が３つ隣りで、離ればなれ。(笑)
仕方ないから、お互いにお風呂や片付けを済ませ、私のお部屋で２次会で打ち上げ、翌朝に備え早めにお開き。朝飯の時間やチェックアウトの時間を決めたりして、ちょい不便だったぁ〜(苦笑)
早起きして息子を待っていたけど来ない。
ベルがないから、ドアをトントン。あらっ？ドンドン。えっ、まさか寝ている？！ド〜ン、ド〜ン！
あらまっ、出て来ない。廻りの方、起こしてしまったらごめんなさい。m(_ _;)m
仕方ないお部屋に戻って、携帯から電話と思ったら、寝ぼけ顔の次男がドアから顔を出して、何？！って。（爆）
朝飯の時間よ！ってと、私。
慌てた次男、目覚ましのかけ忘れか…
息子、仕事の疲れも取れぬまま、私のライブイベントのお守りで、かなり疲れた様子。(苦笑)
朝飯を済ませ、本川越へと向かう。
懐かしい町並みを息子と歩きながら、月日の経つのは早いなぁ〜としみじみ。
たまに、お弁当を作って持参して、掃除に来てあげたなぁ～って、感慨深い思い出に浸る。
お昼のランチと夜の夕食は、次男が予約してくれたお店で、ゴチになりました！♡
ビジネスホテル代も出して貰ったし、有り難うね、息子ちゃま。♡
ステーキが好きな私の為に、鉄板のお店をチョイスしてくれた。
まずは、乾杯のドリンクは、小江戸のクラフトビールで喉を潤す。美味しい〜！❤✨
お料理は壱萬秒ローストビーフ、鮮魚のソテー、
有機栽培の無農薬川越野菜のグリル、幻の所沢牛ステーキ、河越米のご飯、赤だしのお味噌汁、糠床のお香物、デザート、ホット珈琲と、ゆったり、ゆっくり出して下さった。❤✌
雰囲気の良いお店で、オーナーであるシェフの方が丁寧に焼く鉄板ステーキは、柔らかく、マイルドな味付けと技で絶品！ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
福島出身のシェフさんだそう。ホントに優しく善良そうなお人柄が顔に滲み出ていらした。
お料理の素材や質、味付け、雰囲気、スタッフさん達の教育もゆき届いていて、全てに渡って、素敵なお店でした。(^_-)
我が家からは、ちょっと遠いいけれど、また来たいです。
