A private room with an "irori" hearth where you can feel and taste the traditional Japanese cuisine of the good old days. A supreme menu using seasonal ingredients slowly grilled over the only way possible over charcoal. A different space where you can enjoy using all five senses, with the charcoal flames and crackling charcoal, and the ingredients being grilled to a golden brown. The ingredients grilled by our dedicated chef with expert skill are in season at the time, allowing you to experience luxury throughout the seasons. For example, in the spring we offer "bonito" and "bamboo shoots", in the summer "eel", "conger eel", "abalone" and "sea urchin", in the fall "matsutake mushroom", and in the winter "tiger puffer fish milt". The menu selection (please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dislikes). The space and time are limited to one group per day for both lunch and dinner, and are full of luxury.

This is the ultimate luxury course where we carefully select seasonal ingredients such as foie gras, caviar, sea urchin, salmon roe, eel, tiger pufferfish, and Chateaubriand, and propose a menu for each group based on the customer's request. We will contact you and hold a meeting to decide on the menu, so reservations must be made at least one week in advance.
