I was told that the famous protruding short ribs were only available by reservation, so I made a reservation and visited. It's so big that you can't even see the roaster, let alone stick out. If there is a tongs mark on the menu, the staff will grill it for you. The protruding short ribs are cut into 2 pieces of oily meat and 2 pieces of lean meat. Others ordered choregi salad, phantom skirt steak, offal (large intestine), and green onion tendon. The grated radish condiment was free of charge, which is helpful for grated radish lovers. I received a meal ticket on the way home.
