川越駅から徒歩3分くらいの場所にある薪火料理in the park に行ってきました＾＾
ここは洋食が楽しめる料理屋さんです。
埼玉県産のお肉や野菜を使っています。
離れ離れに暮らしている奥さんを労うために
奮発して5月限定メニューを予約しました。
金額は税込6,500円と高めに見えますが、
結果としては価格以上に楽しめました。
薪を使う際は大抵キャンプといった屋外をイメージしますが
このお店は屋内で火を起こすので虫を心配することなく料理を楽しめます笑
コース料理のラインナップとしては
■旬の一皿
■スモークサーモンのマリネ
■川越白味噌のシーザーサラダ
■さつまいものポタージュ
■彩の国黒豚グリル
■薪火焼きイサキのアクアパッツァ
■牛ハラミの薪火グリル
■〆のカレー

でした。
どれも料理そのものに対してのこだわりがあり、
料理に対してお皿の色や大きさを変えていたので
目で楽しむという点についても高評価でした。
特に彩の国黒豚グリルは麹の味が効いていて
肉を噛みしめるたびにジューシーさを感じることができました。
また個人的に好きだな～と感じたのが
さつまいものポタージュでした。
ポタージュの上にオイルが垂らされており
そのオイルと一緒にポタージュを流し込むと
さつまいもの甘みを非常に感じることが出来ます♪
良かった点
■コースを予約すると広めのソファー席に案内してもらえる
■誰かがお皿を下げて、誰かが次の一皿を持ってくるという流れが確立されており、パフォーマンスが秀逸
