Gunma's branded Wagyu beef "Joshu Wagyu" that meets certain conditions. This is a Japanese black breed with high quality and excellent pedigree, bred to suit the environment of Gunma Prefecture. Because we buy whole Joshu Wagyu beef, we are able to offer rare parts. Recommended dishes include the rare cuts of zabuton, kai-no-mi, which combines the tenderness of lean meat with the flavor of fat, and the ``special'' dishes, such as the flavorful shoulder loin. The lineup includes not only cuppa, bibimbap, and Cold Noodles that go well with Yakiniku (Grilled meat), but also elaborate menus such as homemade corned beef and sweet potato potato salad, and homemade tiramisu ◎ We actively incorporate Kawagoe's agricultural products and local vegetables, and what the producers thought about it. We will provide you with an understanding of how the agricultural products were produced. We have a wide selection of drinks that you'll probably fall in love with, such as beer, Japanese whiskey, and fruit wine! We especially recommend sake and shochu. Junmai Daiginjo ``Sen no Nai'' is a sake made with 100% Kinumusume from Kawagoe. The potato shochu ``Furai'' is made from 100% potatoes grown in Kawagoe Matoba, and has a mellow taste similar to red wine. Our homemade sours such as ``Koji Lemon Sour'' and ``Brown Sugar Lemon Sour'' are also recommended for women.
