After 20 years of training in Ginza, he moved to Germany and opened "SUSHIWASABI". We have been operating a restaurant in Munich for 15 years, and have conveyed the taste of authentic sushi to many guests. Based on the concept of ``Japanese Spirit, Western Spirit,'' we are always creating new menus. We value our original techniques, make use of the experience we have cultivated overseas, and incorporate new ideas and styles to impress everyone. The owner himself visits Uogashi to purchase only carefully selected ingredients. The carefully selected shari is a blend of three brands of rice. In addition, ``Bouillabaisse'', which we learned during our European days, is our specialty, and has been cooked every day since we opened. The wine is selected each time by the proprietress, who worked as a sommelier and manager at a German Restaurants, considering its compatibility with the sushi. We also stock many rare brands that we have ordered through our own unique route.
