Our restaurant is particular about the ingredients we use, and our chef personally visits Toyosu Market to purchase fresh fish that he carefully selects with a keen eye. We offer seasonal fish delivered directly from production areas around the country. We place particular emphasis on raw wild bluefin tuna. We don't care about the place of origin, but instead purchase the best tuna of the day and season, talking directly with tuna dealers. Our signature dish is "Sardine wrapped in seaweed." It is also included in our course menu, so please enjoy it.
