杉戸町カレー料理大会グランプリのカレーを食べに行きました。
車は道路を挟んだ向かい側の砂利の駐車場に停めます。
砂利の駐車場の道路側のみなのでご注意ください。
11時ちょっと過ぎに到着です。先客はいません。
お店は完全に居酒屋ですね。年配のご夫婦で営まれています。
カウンター席に座り、ステーキカレーを注文します。
フライパンでステーキを。小鍋でカレーを調理します。
先に盛りのよいサラダ。10分も待たずにカレーも出来上がりです。
レアに焼かれたステーキが美味しいです。
柔らかくてジューシー。口の中に肉の旨みが広がります。
ステーキだけでライスがどんどん減っていきます。
カレーには煮溶けたトマトとマッシュルームが入っています。
家庭的なカレーにも似ていますが、プロの味ですね。
前半は辛さをそれほど感じませんが、後半は辛さが追いかけてきます。
食後はアイスコーヒーです。ペットボトルの物です。
ステーキの乗ったカレーにサラダとアイスコーヒーが付いて、たったの800円です。
素晴らしいコストパフォーマンスですね。
