We offer a rich lineup of 14 types of yakiton grilled over binchotan charcoal! You can order from 1 bottle. Enjoy the salt skewers with spicy miso. This is a popular style in Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture. Particularly recommended are ``skirt steak'', ``liver'', and ``kashira''. The soft skirt steak is carefully cooked to the right degree of cooking, and is satisfying to eat. We purchase fresh, juicy liver every day! Kashira is a dish that the more you chew, the more flavor you can feel.

Our offal stew uses eight types of offal, both pork and beef. After parboiling for 4 hours and then fully boiling, the soft and odorless offal are slowly simmered in miso-based soup.
