この日は熊谷で飲み～♪
以前、熊谷に来た時に最初で最後の熊谷だと思ってましたが、まさか2度目があったとは(笑)
予約してもらったのは、駅前から延びる大通りを1本入った住宅街にあるこちら。古民家を改装したお店のようで玄関を入ってすぐのダイニングのようなお部屋に案内して頂きました♪
こちらで頂いたのは、
･若返りの海鮮玉手箱（二人前）
玉手箱を開けると煙がもわもわ～♡
若返りたいと思って大量に煙を吸い込むと二酸化炭素中毒になるのでご注意をw
煙が収まった頃に容器を覗き込むと中にはホタテ、カンパチ、サーモン、マグロ赤身、中トロが(* ´ ｪ `*)
鮮度も脂のりも良い美味しいお刺身でした♪
・アボカドと青ネギのわさびマヨ
最近アボカト食べたい（けど高いから買えない）欲が高まってたのでこちらを注文する♪
青ネギと共にわさびマヨで和えた和風な逸品。
ビールにも日本酒にも合いそうです(≧∀≦)
・カキフライ
衣が薄めなカキフライ。
レモン&藻塩で頂くのですが、衣が薄いこともあってしっかりと牡蠣の味を堪能出来ました♡
･白身魚の串揚げ
ふわふわの白身魚にサクサクの衣。タルタルと鰹節で頂く串揚げはあっさりでとても美味しかったです(*´ч`*)
･梅なんこつ
サメ軟骨ではなくヤゲン軟骨を使用していることから「梅水晶」ではなく「梅なんこつ」としてるあたりにかなり好感が持てます(*´∀`*)
･懐かしの玉子焼き
ほんのり甘く分厚い卵焼きでした♪
･海鮮茶漬け
〆は味噌おにぎりやうどんもありましたが、お魚が美味しかったのでこちらを。
ご飯の上に細かく切られたお刺身色々と海苔と青ネギに濃いめのお出汁をかけていただきます。
お出汁の塩味が久しぶりに日本酒を飲んだ胃袋にいい感じに染み渡りました(笑)
お部屋はこちらの他にお座敷というか和室も。玄関入ってすぐに階段もあったので2階席もありそうです。
「個室居酒屋」というワードに良いイメージを持たない方もいらっしゃると思いますが、こちらそういった「個室居酒屋」とは違う雰囲気の落ち着いたお店でしたദ്ദിᐢ- ̫-ᐢ₎
