熊谷で仕事終わりにサクッと食べて飲みたい。
でも全くノーマークの この地。
以前はかき氷を食べによく来たけど、そのお店も今や会員制。
さて、仕事先の方に早めの時間から開いてて、寛げるお店とオーダーして教えてもらいました。
入り口でこのお店を勧めてくれた訳が分かりました。靴を脱いでホッとしました。足が棒のように疲れていたので有り難い！
そして畳の一間に通されました。
なるほど、まるで実家とはこの事ですね。
テレビがあってもおかしくない空間。
これは食べて〜と言われていたので
「若返りの鮮魚玉手箱」(2人前)
お刺身の盛り合わせですが、蓋を開けると煙が立ち始め その向こうにお刺身たちが姿を現します。
なるほどね、浦島太郎の玉手箱に見立ててるのね。
サーモン、トロ、マグロの赤身、帆立貝、ハマチ。
それぞれ大振り。
しかもメッチャ新鮮。
ハマチがプリプリで美味しい！
この値段（1人前¥890-）お得だと思います。
「アボカドとクレソンのわさびマヨ」
店前の、本日のオススメにも書いてたメニュー。
クレソンが刻んであってアボカドと和えてある。ワサビが良い具合に効いていて飲むように食べられる。
美味しい！
きっとクレソンのほろ苦さもイイんだな。
「魚の串揚げ」
白身魚と帆立貝の２本！ マグロも気になったけど…。
肉の串揚げより好きかも。
揚げたて熱々を頬張れて幸せです。
「自家製銀鱈の西京焼き」
今日は『和』の気分だったので最初から食べたかった銀鱈の西京焼き。
ふんわりと香ばしく焼き上がっていて箸が止まらない。
ご飯が食べたくなったので
「海鮮茶漬け」
数種の角切りした海鮮がこんもりとお茶碗にのっていて、そこに出汁をかけて頂きます。
出汁の旨味とプリプリの海鮮が何処をすくっても美味しくて華やかに〆ました。
大満足の熊谷の夜でした。
