アジフライが食べたくて、以前からチェックしていたお店です。
５月最後の日曜日、お昼にうかがいました。
お昼ちょうど頃、お店に着くと、お店の前に二組のお客さんが、
店内には名前を書く紙が無く、店員さんに声をかけると、順番どおりに待つシステムとのことでした。
それでも、最初のお客さんの入れ替えの時間に加え、回転が良いようで、幾らも待たずに席に着くことが出来ました。
店内は、カウンターに小上がりが４席、奥に座敷が？席と、結構な広さですが、奥の座敷は大人数でしか案内していないようです。
ところで、食事はというもの、すでにアジフライは売り切れとのことで、かといって、帰る訳にもいかず、悩んだ挙句、マグロ頬肉とマグロカツ定食をお願いしました。
ご飯大盛り無料に、プラス200円で、小鉢がお刺身のお造りに変更可能とのことでした。
初めてでしたので、多すぎても困りものと思い、そのままでお願いしました。
お料理の提供は早くて、盛り付けも綺麗で、手際の良さが感じられます。
お味の方は、マグロカツは小ぶりながらカラッとあがっていて、サクサク。中身はフワッとしていて、それだけでも美味しかったです。
添えられたタルタルソースは、味も控えめですが、これがまた良い働きをしてくれます。
ほぼ肉は天ぷらとして提供され、これをポン酢につけていただくと、こちらもホワッとしていて美味しかったです。
そして、ご飯がとても良い炊き上がりで、甘さもあって、とても美味しかったです。
こちらを大盛りにすると、お店のコンセプトのとおり、まるで鬼滅の刃に出てくるマンガ盛りです。
この日は奥さんが鶏肉と揚げ出し豆腐定食、義母さんはミックスフライ定食、どちらも大満足でした。
