At our restaurant, you can enjoy our carefully selected soup made only from the bare parts of bones. A masterpiece made by putting dozens of kilograms of ingredients into a huge pot called a "Goemon kama" and slowly simmering it for more than ten hours. Enjoy the deep flavor of the soup and the harmony of the noodles.

In addition to our proud Ramen, we also offer ``oden'' that will warm your body. Among the ingredients soaked in the soup stock, the most recommended is the beef tendon, which is definitely worth a try.
