日頃の運動不足を解消するために仕事がお休みの土曜日に小手指から新所沢までウオーキングしている途中で昼食を取りに伺いました。
先ずは水分補給に生ビールを注文してニンニク餃子と蒸し鶏の葱塩だれをいただきましたが蒸し鶏がとても美味しいと監感じられました。その後生ビールとハイボールのお代わりをいただいて締めにルーロー飯を注文しましたが味もさることながらボリュームにも圧倒されました。水分及び栄養補給のつもりが過剰調達となり帰路のウオーキングを差し引いてもお釣りが来たかもしれません。
また、運動後の栄養補給に立ち寄りたいと思います。
