I felt like eating Sushi, so I searched for it on Tabelog and went to this restaurant. The store is located on the left hand side of National Route 463, commonly known as Tokorozawa Kaido, as you head toward the National Route 463 bypass from the Higashi-Sayamagaoka intersection. There was a parking lot next to the store and a little further away. On that day, perhaps because it was a Shichi-Go-San celebration, a banquet for about 10 people was being held in the tatami room on the first floor, and the group of guests who came later seemed to have gone to the second floor. The restaurant seems to be used for various celebrations. We were led to a small rise on the first floor. I ordered two servings of the autumn special course, which was only available until November 30th, and mackerel. First, the red bean liver and mackerel came out. My wife's impression is that both are passable. I don't eat either of them very often, so I can't compare them to others, but I think they were delicious. I thought Tempura would come next, but suddenly Sushi appeared, which was a bit of a surprise. This is my personal wish, but I was hoping that Sushi would be served at the end of the meal, so to be honest, I felt a little uncomfortable. I wish they would at least come with a side dish. The Sushi included lean meat, medium fatty tuna, squid, yellowtail, scallops, shrimp, thick fried egg, salmon roe, and rolls. I think the quantity was sufficient, but the ingredients were particularly average. After that, just as I finished eating the taro and crab sauce and Sushi, Tempura and chawan mushi came, and a little later the soup came. Again, I personally thought it was a strange order, as it felt like it was just a matter of putting it out. Is there something wrong with our sense of this? In the end, my wife and I both agreed that the Sapporo store was the best choice, so I was a little disappointed. I thought it was a good restaurant based on everyone's reviews, but it seems like it wasn't a good fit for us.
