Our restaurant prides itself on its time-consuming dishes. The demi-glace sauce that goes with the Hamburg has been added for 20 years since the previous restaurant era. In addition, we are particular about "homemade", and the vegetables used in "5 hors d'oeuvres assortment" are grown in-house. Baguettes and other breads are baked in the store.
