今回紹介するお店所沢市内から少し離れた街道沿いにある「うどん屋」さんへ行ってきました
実はここには何年前に来ていたのですが食べログには掲載していませんでした
お店に入ると食券機で購入するパターン
うどんの量は大盛500ｇまで無料 その上の特盛600ｇだと１００円増しに
今回はなす肉汁うどん大盛 汁の中には茄子、豚肉、お揚げが入って
白汁は京風白だしで塩味風味
これがいい味だしてます
うどんは平らに近いような中太麺で武蔵野うどんの硬さより少し柔らかい感じ
白汁は私の好みで具材もたっぷりで美味しく頂きました～
