The breed “Satsuma Chiran-dori” is surprisingly kept for 450 days. Regular chicken takes 4 to 50 days, and local chicken takes up to 120 days. At our store, we buy whole chickens that have been carefully raised for about 4 to 10 times as long. Because it is prepared at the store, it is extremely fresh! The addictive chewiness and packed flavor are sure to make you addicted!

Our specialty "Kuroyaki" is made with special care, even down to the charcoal.
